SUBJECT: Letter to Lindsay Lohan sent to Lynwood prior to bail
CC:
Mr. Michael Lohan and Ms. Lisa Bloom, Esq.
DATE:
09/26/2010
Dear Mr. McPherson, Ms. Holley, Ms.
Ovadia and Ms.
Holley,
Here is a copy of my latest letter to your client, Ms. Lindsay Lohan. If you would like my help please let me know. An extensive 12-month program will work.... if she wants it.
No one can force a person to recover. They have to "want to." By removing herself from all negative influences for one year will do it. I am sure the judge would agree, especially if she goes into a short program prior to Oct. 22, 2010 and then be already accepted into a 12-month program that he could sentence her to. It would keep her out of jail while allowing her to recover completely.
Everyone would come out a winner...and also save face for the judge who made the mistake of not granting bail. This could all be corrected by Ms. Lohan's willingness to get the help all of us knows she needs. If she sees it ... and truly wants to start fresh then this approach will do it. I would be willing to help in formulating the plan with your cooperation.
A meeting would be in order to help get the ball rolling prior to Oct. 22. On that date the plan could be presented to the court for approval. I am willing to testify on Ms. Lohan's behalf if she is willing to the 12-month faith-based program.
The programs I represent have upwards of 86% success ratio as compared to
nil to 3% secular. If she truly wants to really recover than I have a program for her. Let's face it ... she already tried how many other type rehab programs? And how many of those worked?
Please consider meeting with me. I have been involved in trying to help Ms. Lohan since
2007. This is not a new case to me.
Please at least acknowledge this request one way or the other.
Thank you for your time,
Marty Angelo

Special email sent 9/27/2010 to
Stephanie G. Ovadia, attorney for Dina Lohan
Dear Ms. Ovadia - this letter was
recently sent out on 9/21/2010 to Mr. Edwin McPherson, esq with copies to
Ms. Shawn Chapman Holley, esq., Michael Lohan, Lisa Bloom, esq., Ms. Lou
M. Taylor, The
Honorable Judge Elden Fox, and Deputy District Attorney - Ms. Danette
Meyers.
I would like Ms. Dina Lohan to have a
copy as well. I hope you will forward it to her. I have will also be
sending you to others as well. I have been trying to help Dina's daughter,
Lindsay since 2007 by offering her the opportunity to enter a 12-month
faith based residential treatment program in instead of her having to do
any jail, prison time or probation. However, my efforts have not been
acknowledged by any of her representatives.
Mr. Michael Lohan has been in contact
with me since 2007. I did appear in court when Lindsay surrendered the
back in August. I really would like to see her receive the proper
treatment for her problems. It seems the last four times in rehab did not
work.
I know there are many excellent programs
I could help her get into but she has to want proper treatment. Most good
programs will not take you unless it is stated up front how desperately
you what their help. That is why they can boast such high recovery stats.
Please let Dina know she and her family
are in my prayers and I hope that whatever happens to Lindsay in the
future will be nothing but good.
Thanks.... Marty Angelo -- please call anytime with questions,
comments or concerns.
